Participation in classes, trips and workshops requires a full membership
In this class we work with charcoal, pencil and crayon on paper. We have a nude model, male or female.
The objective in this class is “to get it right” - draw accurate proportions, composition, perspective, “catch” the personality of the model or emotion of the pose. Model drawing is extremely difficult, but great to do, rewarding and very addictive!
The class take place every other week, alternating with the Technical drawing class
Starting on November 5th, there will be a portrait class for beginners that will run over 10 sessions. (more information)
(space permitting - there is also a possibility of joining the sculpture morning class - which is run as an "atelier libre". This class also has a model each week. If you are interested contact Christie Robinson for more information.)
