Jewels by Syl - (Sylvia van der Weide)

Sylvia van der Weide has been designing and making jewelry for the last four years. After working in the fashion industry as a buyer for several years, Sylvia, who is also a talented painter, turned her hand to making pendants, bracelets and earrings as gifts for friends. She uses real stones including agate, pearls, turquoise and tourmaline, all sourced from her travels in Africa, the US, China, Italy and her hometown Amsterdam to create unique pieces worn by discerning women.

Her contemporary yet timeless designs, often crafted with leather and brightly coloured stones, have earned her a successful niche in the Cote d'Azur where she lives. She is sold in several boutiques in Saint Tropez, Nice, Amsterdam and is soon to be stocked in a new Monte-Carlo boutique.
