Life Drawing
In the Life class we usually work with charcoal, pencil and crayon on paper (all provided). But you are welcome with your own paints, feltpens, pastels and other media (varnish sprays only outside!) We work with nude models, male and female.
The objective in this class is “to get it right” – draw accurate proportions, composition, perspective, “catch” the personality of the model or emotion of the pose. Model drawing is extremely difficult, but great to do, rewarding and very addictive! If you take life drawing classes, you know how to handle every other subject…
The class take place every other week, alternating with Pim’s drawing class. A weekly email is sent out to all, to inform everyone about the subject or the model, the starting times and other details.
